Who are Serendipity?

We are a family business, we live in Cumbria and our workshop is just on the boarder with Lancashire.  Our journey into Soaps and bath products began back in 2012.  I became ill and had to take a long time away from work while my body got used to having chemotherapy drugs.  While my body was out of action my brain still needed to be busy and I began looking into making soap and bath products.  I learned about different ingredients, what their function was and what was needed in different products.  As my health improved I started to experiment with making along with my husband who was just happy to see me interested in something.  We began making at the kitchen counter and over 6 months not only did my health improve but so did our making.  We took the next step of having the products assessed.  We are a true family business with our older teen children helping along side my sister and niece.  We now have our website and also a shop at Greenlands Farm Village where you can visit us and buy our products.  We are hoping to attend some markets and events this year too.

Soap making has taken us on a path that we didn't dare dream of or expect, it was a happy accident as a result of my becoming so poorly, every cloud has a silver lining and this was ours.
